Appellant Paul D. Ware was convicted by a jury of the 1963 murder of Miss Florence Grauley, age 83. After denial of appellants post-trial motions, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. This appeal followed. Appellant raises a variety of claims, all of which we find to be without merit. We affirm.
